This course will cover an overview of the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait, topics including self-compassion, the inner child, and self-talk, as well as various coping and self-care practices. I will guide you through identifying your beliefs about sensitivity, reframing negative thoughts, and practicing self-compassion. My hope is that this course can give you the space to learn about your sensitivity, develop appreciation for the trait, and find the tools you need to care for yourself.

“Living Mindfully with Wise Mind" is a course for those who feel stressed with managing their emotions or making decisions. This course is perfect for someone looking for more clarity, wisdom, and balance in their everyday life.
