About Me
I’m Kelly! I am a highly sensitive person (HSP), an enneagram 1 (hello to my fellow recovering perfectionists!), and an INFJ. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quiet time journaling, watching Schitt’s Creek and The Office, sitting on the porch, and spending time with my husband and our dog. Art making, writing, and reading are some ways I care for my own mind.
My Therapy Approach
I offer art therapy in my office space in Nolensville, TN, as well as virtually. Wherever we choose to meet, we will make art, talk, cry, laugh, and explore. I believe that at the foundation of good therapy is our therapeutic relationship, so we'll work collaboratively throughout the process. I’ll check in with you periodically to make sure we’re on the same page and working toward your goals in a way that feels productive for you.
I strive to provide a nurturing space that allows you to explore, create, and connect with yourself and others. I'll guide you through using creativity to process your emotions and thoughts (no art experience required!). I want to hear your honest perspective and help you find your true priorities and needs. Therapy is for you, and I strive to work WITH you to meet your goals.
All I ask is that you show up with an open mind, curiosity, and honesty.
I’ll meet you the rest of the way.
